About Ann M. Pompelio, Esq.

Do you need a family law lawyer who is experienced in all areas of family law, and who understands that family law litigation is probably the last thing you want to be involved in?
I will explain the law to you, and let you know how the law applies to your case, whether you are considering divorce, or are already divorced, or have never been married. If you have a family law issue such as alimony, child support, custody, and asset distribution, I will represent you fairly and efficiently.
I can also represent you in domestic violence matters, and can represent your child in juvenile court. I have experience in name change applications for minor children, as well as pre-nuptial agreements. If you need representation in appellate court, I have represented clients in both the New Jersey Appellate Court and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
If you are considering mediation as an alternative to litigation, I am a mediator. I earned a Certificate as a Family Law Mediator in 2009. I am on the roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Law Cases in Sussex, Morris, and Warren Counties. Additionally, I regularly serve as an Early Settlement Panelist in Sussex County.
While much of my practice is devoted to family law, I was a municipal court prosecutor in Netcong Borough from 2001 to 2005. I represent clients in municipal court for ordinance and traffic violations, including drunk driving charges.
I pay attention to the details. I will return your phone calls and e-mails, and I will keep you updated on your case.
